  • A powerful process of uncovering the answers already inside of you by leveraging a range of modalities inspired by disciplines such as psychology, physiology, somatic therapy, trauma-informed therapy, behavioral analysis, breathwork, mystical traditions and more.

    Therapy focuses your attention on your past.

    Coaching focuses on what you want to create for yourself in the present and future, and holds you accountable for heading in that direction, while giving you the inner tools to fly.

    In coaching, the past will often emerge but we don’t spend all our time there.

  • As a trauma-informed transformational coach, I create a safe, confidential, nurturing space to be seen, heard, and understood with love.

    Over three-months (minimum), we’ll uncover limiting beliefs and blocks as they emerge, explore new perspectives, discover your inner truth, foster compassion and love for all parts of who you are, and take steps toward living your vision of your most authentic, brave life.

    While each session is unique to your circumstances and goals, the process typically includes visioning, identity work, uncovering paradigms and patterns, befriending disowned parts, nervous system work, somatics, thought, and behavior change. The work is holistic across mind, heart, body, and spirit.

    You’ll often receive assignments in-between sessions to challenge you to see beyond the obvious and call you forward into your wholeness.

  • Yes, in our initial session we will gain clarity on your goal. Our sessions will help you take steps towards it while also working with what is immediately showing up for you in your life.
